Here is a poem that I wrote in August 2019 about going to primary school in the 1980s and taking fruit that I was meant to eat for morning tea – and often never did. Enjoy.

This is a poem that I wrote last year in June when I was really struggling in my faith. It is a villanelle that was written in the first person, from Jesus’ point of view to His sheep who are struggling in trials. May it bless others in the faith who are going through hardship. God bless, Nahum.

Here is a poem that I wrote in a series of cinquains, where each stanza contains five lines. The rhyming pattern is A-B-A-B-B. The first lines of stanzas 2-5 are the same as the last line of each preceding stanza. Finally, the last line of the poem is exactly the same as its first. May it bless you, Nahum.
