Here is a poem that I wrote about quitting work, which is something that I have recently had to do.  It has been written in the form of a rondeau redoublé, where the four lines of Stanza 1 are repeated at the end of Stanzas 2-5.  The poem then concludes with the first part of Line 1 (Auf Wiedersehen which, in German, means goodbye);  this repeated phrase structures the entire poem.
